Never before has installation into panels and connecting panels been as fast, easy, and secure as it is with the new patented SIMPLOX.
The SIMPLOX allows for a gap- and air pockets-free foam integration into the panels without the need of masking. Compared to other panel fasteners in the market, SIMPLOX saves a lot of time during installation into panels and their assambly, making production processes much more efficient and cost- effective. During the foaming process, the new patented protective skin technology prevents foam from entering the panel fastener. After the foaming process, the self-opening protective layer can be easily punctured using an hexagon key (which is available as an optional accessory).

Various sizes of adapter pins ensure a quick, correct and precise installation and provide reliable panel ventilation during the foaming process. Additionally, the SIMPLOX bushings can be equipped with filters as an option. When tightened with the hexagon key, the galvanized hook punctures the side protective skin and can easily swung into the strike (female part). The clamping process then takes place via a multi-stage locking system, which ensures a secure closure after the first notch.

The entire span of the Allen key, from insertion to the end position, is only a maximum of 180°. This means that there is no need to change grip during rotation.
